📦 Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses once your order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your delivery status at any time.
🌍 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Voltomi is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs charges) are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or refusal, we will refund the product cost but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages
If you receive a damaged item, please take a clear photo of the product and email it to us at support@voltomi.store within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace damaged items if reported within this time frame.
